I led two redoubtable scrum teams to build and maintain functionalities dedicated to sellers : product creation and catalog, sales and shipping management, sellers payments, etc. For the sake of performance and maintainability, I drive teams to implement elegant software architecture and clean code, and use state-of-art technology. I led the development of a new e-commerce website for the company Belambra : In 2012 Belambra entrusted my team with the development of its new Website. I was responsable for the specification, planification, team leading (5 pers), and customer reporting. BtoC and BtoB features (companies, travel agencies). The new website increased its sales by 20%.

In 2013 I took on the managment and development of Luz group BI project. Luz is a buying group for opticians. We have developped BI Infrastructure and tools for the reporting and analysis of the whole activity of Luz company ; sales, customer assets, customers relationship, services subscription.

I led redesign of Region centre's main websites. My team was in charge of revamping 12 websites ; regional main portal, intranet for secondary schools... The challenge was to build a common set for multiple websites, renew the design of the Region centre's digital presence, by giving a strong input for the integration of photos, media, social networks links, all the while being compliant to french web content accessibility laws (RGAA silver).

In automn 2011, I was put in charge of the development of the backend part of a prototype for the startup company Promoland. Promoland is an Iphone application that offers discounts for snapshots of supermarket receipts. I defined the IT architecture, developed the backend, specified exchanges with mobile phones.
